Setting and programming parameters

Digital time switches have replaced mechanical timers in the modern temperature control chamber.

Apart from the manual input of a specific programme runtime, repetitions, specific weekdays, temperature ramps (time-dependent temperature progressions) as well as different combinations of these options, can be entered directly on the appliance, or via software, depending on the type of appliance. Apart from temperature, further parameters such as fan speed, air exchange rate, pressure, humidity or CO2 content can be digitally controlled in many appliances, and thus integrated within the ramp programming.
