Glossary Temperature control chamber:
Controlled, reproducible atmosphere in the temperature control chamber

A thermal oven, drying oven, incubator or climate chamber provides for a wide variety of applications under controlled conditions in the interior, and especially under conditions that can be repeated any number of times.

Control of the parameter temperature is common to all appliances. For special applications, the atmosphere inside the chamber can additionally be enriched with oxygen, carbon dioxide, humidity or nitrogen (e.g. for the prevention of oxidation through the displacement of oxygen by means of inert gas, oxygenation of the atmosphere in the CO2 incubator).
