Modern temperature control chambers communicate with external computers and printers via interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, RS485 and RS232 and forward data to device-specific or superordinate documentation programmes.

The option of integrating external temperature sensors, so that temperatures in the working chamber can be monitored by an independent measuring device, is very useful. Some appliances feature internal data loggers in which all parameters can be recorded free of manipulation over a specific time period.
